Review of The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) by Antony G — 06 Feb 2015
In this era of reboots, sequels & severe lack of imagination something comes along genuinely original! This film is fantastic from it's beautifully shot cinematography, superb, quirky humour to its exceptional storytelling.
I was first introduced to a Wes Anderson film when I watched Moonlight Kingdom which was very sweet if not a little bizarre. But you cannot deny his style is unique & original. The story centres on how the owner of a grand hotel came into ownership of said hotel & his life story involving love, murder & deceit.
