Not very good, but somehow fairly watchable. Probably because you recognize someone new every few minutes. That said, they're not given much funny to do, except read off their notecards pulled from the random idiosyncrasy hat.
Werner Herzog was definitely the highlight, delivering one of the funniest monologues in awhile. "I think coffee is some kind of beverage of the cowards.".
