Review of The Graduate (1967) by Poo B — 21 Mar 2012
There's been plenty of movies made about the drifting young adult who has no idea what to do with their life. This film jumps off at that point to become a comical and risque portrait of an empty relationship (with an older woman), and then a serious study of love (with the woman's daughter) and the obstacles that can arise (like the other woman).
Hoffman and Bancroft are both wonderful in this.
