(1985) The Goonies.
ADVENTURE.
Foreclosure is happening around a small area, invoking some investors to turn the lot into something else, motivating a bunch of kids and some teenagers to investigate a lost treasure located somewhere near the town. Directed by Richard Donner who co-produced with Steven Spielberg who also wrote the story and Chris Columbus(Harry Potter movies) credited for writing the screenplay. The movie stars some well known actors still in their youger years which includes Sean Astin, Corey Feldman, a teenage Josh Brolin and Martha Plimpton to name a few. Well made during it's time but quite tame when watching it as an adult after a second viewing. It's better than "Super 8" though.
