Review of The Goonies (1985) by Cj O — 12 Aug 2014
When ever I hear talk of movies, most of the conversations end up with a reference to The Goonies. I can see why. Heck, they're still selling Goonies t-shirts. At a filmmakers perspective, 3 stars.
But this is not a movie to watch as a movie, but as an adventure to great riches led by a group of kids with argumentative and strange quirks that keep up suspense and humor. This is a movie for pure enjoyment.
It could do without Chunk's language, though.
