Well this is without a doubt the best western I've ever seen. As westerns go, it spans a great many themes and presents a sad commentary on the toll of war, something not seen in a western since. This movie has it all and Leone is so good at stretching out a tense moment until your nerves are about to snap.
Tuco was a character that the longer I saw him exact his revenge, the more I liked him. Even the landscape is a character in this movie. Nothing wrong with this flick, 5 stars.
A complex and yet simple plot, great characters, one of the most recognizable soundtracks ever created. Entertainment value is just fantastic. If you haven't seen this, do yourself a favor and see it now!
