As much semi-historical drama as it is spy drama, The Good Shepherd is intricate and dark, with spectacular acting performances across the board. Matt Damon is absolutely at his best and the rest of the cast is used extremely well to present the good and the bad of the men who created the CIA.
Worth a watch.
