Review of The Good Shepherd (2006) by Katherynh. — 25 Dec 2006
It seems as if the average movie-goer (and critic) has become inured to certain films, unable to tolerate those promoting intelligent thought and requiring a certain stillness in order to experience it fully.
"The Good Shepherd" is a film that exhibits the buttoned-down, internalized persona of its main character, Edward Wilson. I recommend one slow down and embed oneself into this adventure of paranoia and treachery.
"Die-Hard" or "Deja-Vu" it isn't.
