Review of The Good Girl (2002) by Aaron D — 04 Jan 2008
This movie was not all that compelling. The plot was quite dry at times, and was quite dark and depressing. I couldn't see where the plot was going, and the there was nothing spectacular about the ending, so the movie didn't seem to go anywhere.
I think the movie tried to be deep, but failed at this. There didn't seem to be much chemistry between the main characters, either. Apparently this was supposed to be a comedy, although there was very little funny about this movie - the only parts I thought were humorous were the parts with Zooey Deschanel in them.
Overall, not worth the time I took to watch it.
