Review of The Good German (2006) by Thom E — 16 Apr 2008

The only reason I gave this one the lowest grade possible is because there honestly wasnt anything that enjoy throughout the entire movie, Tobey Maguire trying to play a hardass was comical none the less, and George Clooney who plays the hero in the movie gets his ass kicked like ten times, and one time was by Maguire, which again was comical, this movie tried way to hard to be an homage to Casablanca and some of the other classic WWII black and white films, but I found myself wanting to watch those rather then this one b/c it didnt stand up and honestly not many others can.
