The animation in The Good Dinosaur is superb. Everything else about this movie is just mediocre. I loved seeing the animated version of Yellowstone and the surrounding area, even if I never quite understood why they chose to feature dinosaurs in this otherwise pretty straightforward Western.
I doubt my kids will be clamoring to watch this film again, especially since there are many better Pixar movies available, but it's not bad.
