I like movies that change the dynamic of and role of human dominance. The human boy becomes the dinosaur's pet dog. The story is done really well and has the right kind of sound track when no dialogue is being spoken.
The best buddies drunk on funny fruit scene is over with maybe by 14 seconds which is what this day and age audience can tolerate. No Dear God long and creepy drunk scenes like in _Dumbo_. I applaud this.
