Weird, funny, and charming. The story isn't groundbreaking, but so what? It's the way the story is told that makes it great. There's actual character development, unlike Inside Out, and that's what allows the narrative to be so moving.
There are lots of hilarious moments and the scenery is spectacular. A return to form for Pixar.
