Review of The Good Dinosaur (2015) by Another V — 15 Jul 2016

Watched this recently on DVR. Cute story. My little one liked it a lot. He wanted to watch it multiple times.

For some young children, the loss of the father might be disturbing and worrisome, if they have not yet come to understand the concept of death.

A main feature of this is the young dinosaur's drive to make his mark, to do something big enough to earn a mark of respect within the family.

For kids who like dogs, the little boy in this tale is like a dog. Some young children watching this could be expected to start pretending they are dogs for a few days. The boy as dog aspect seemed to be something my child enjoyed about this.
