Review of The Golden Compass (2007) by Mack M — 28 Dec 2011

I did not agree with the message behind this movie or everything it symbolizes, but I have to admit that the film was very adventurous and creative. It had great special effects, the fighting scene between the polar bears for instance was my favorite.

Excellent cast as well. I still think Stardust and Enchanted were better fantasy films than this one, but it was good none the less!
