Review of The Golden Compass (2007) by Lisa Michelle A — 28 Jan 2012

I wasn't very impressed with The Golden Compass. The book is much better. I found myself getting bored watching it and I would have turned it off after an hour but I was watching it with my mum and she really liked it, so I had to suffer the ending.

I just didn't like it as much as I liked the book. Sometimes books should not be made into movies, and The Golden Compass should have been one of those books. The ending was very dissapointing and left far too many things unaswered, and I doubt there will ever be a sequel, since it got pretty bad reviews.

Wasted time i'll never get back watching this.
