Too complex for it's own good, rather than to flow steadily, it comes off more muddled than anything else. However, the art direction and sets are wonderful, and even though the special effects are computer generated, I thought they were terrific and imaginative.
Family film? I can't see most kids sitting through the whole film. It sure is pretty to look at though.
