If you have read the book do NOT go and watch the film you will be disappointed they have broken the story up and do not develop the characters at all. They keep the skeleton of the story but then rip out the guts and fill it with classic Disney rubbish.
As a final insult they cut the story short leaving a happy ending so as not to upset anyone, in all a sham.
