Unfair synopsis. Maybe I was just the right age, but I found this entertaining over multiple viewings through multiple years. Yes there were some really dumb parts, but come on, it was half-spoof, half action-comedy.
To be compared with Big Trouble in Little China, not Woody Allen!!
