Review of The Godfather Part III (1990) by Cody B — 27 Aug 2011
Its expectations were inevitably high so disappoint is the initial reaction and only because its predecessors are both monuments of perfection but Godfather Part III is no average film. In fact, it is brilliant, the way it shows the story of a man's want for self-improvement and how tragedy can still slip its way in.
Redemption is a hard path to take. Truly phenomenal, but it takes time. Let Coppola's finale grow on you.
