It gets a bit jumbled up with all it's sideplots and never really answers all the questions it should, however the final film in the trilogy does a great job at keeping the story emotionally resonant and fascinating with it's story and characters.
There's some great performances here too, especially from Andy Garcia who steals every single scene he's in.
