"Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back" may be hailed as the greatest sequel of all times but this one is right behind it! Set a few years after the 1st Godfather movie, this one is just as brutal and nasty as the first! Mixing in two stories in one, this one can also be pegged as a "prequel" by telling the tale of a young Vito Corleone's rise to power.
"Best Scene" in this movie, when Michael's wife Kaye comes to see the kids and she asks Anthony for one last kiss before Michael catches her sneaking in seeing the kids and her face gets pale as Michael enters the kitchen.
..and all he does is slowly close the door in her face. CLASSIC!!! This movie is just as good as the first but doesn't quite get it cause I thought the whole "indictment" and "Hymen Roth" plotlines kinda slowed it down a bit, but still one of the best!
