It's times like these when my Steven Seagal bias really comes into play. I almost feel guilty if I give one of his movies less than 3 stars, so I try not to. Glimmer Man is stupid, but it is still entertaining.
Keenan Ivory Wayans brings the jokes; Seagal brings the naroo (sp) jackets.
