This film had me smiling the whole way through. Sure, it probably paints too pretty of a picture for a somewhat tragic story, but taking it as more of a romance of sorts instead of a biopic definitely helped take that edge off. And how can you not love Jimmy Stewart?
I am so surprised June Allyson never really became a gigantic star.
