One of the best documentaries I've seen, I found it not so much moving but intriguing, to see this basic instinct of men and to see how they used it in a way that is to their benefit, to scour and preserve, like the way we preserve art-work and books and texts, these people preserve what is more precious and that is food, their amazing work attitude to live a life they want and to enjoy it or to savour it the way they do, it really changes our perspectives or at least gets us thinking in another way, I was generally very intrigued throughout, some of these were really charitable people or were genuinely following an ideal, it makes us go through ourselves to scour ourselves, make ourselves aware of our own use, imagine if a discarded potato can be used or have a a value, what does it say about us as human beings, where we discard a lot daily, both emotionally and physically.
