Review of The Giver (2014) by Jorel D — 23 Jan 2015
I've never read the book... nor will I probably ever read it. However, there is a unique concept that builds the thinking of promoting sameness with little to none of the agency we have. There was also more potential to this film and just felt a bit short on more expectation.
The Giver still is pretty awesome in its message.
