Review of The Giver (2014) by John O — 01 Mar 2015

I love movies like this Fantastic.

Man is so Blinded by greed and hate.

And processions.

We are all blind until we open our eyes.

It there a time where we could end up in a world like this where we have no longer emotions unable to love we have our minds suppressed where we no longer laugh or cry.

This movie reminds be of one of my favourite movies equilibrium where the government takes away everything everyone has no want or needs just need to work and have pills to take away emotions directly to the equilibrium.

Back to the Giver.

I love how it's filmed in Black and White and as the Recover takes trips into memory's he is able to see more and more colour as the truth is reviled.

Great storyline believable.

I can't say anything bad about this movie it's great worrying on what the future could come being brain washed and have our emotions away is quite scary especially if we don't know that we had then to begin with.

Please watch this movie with an open mind.
