A flawless film that is a faithful adaptation of one of my favorite novels. Not only is David Fincher's direction perfect, but Rooney Mara completely embodies the damaged character of Lisbeth Salander.
Mara also has a great cast behind her. Daniel Craig, Christopher Plummer, Robin Wright, and Stellan Skarsgard are all brilliantly accurate portrayals of the characters in the book. This is a film that transcends the Swedish-language adaptation in every way, and it's also among some of Fincher's best works.
