A few minor plot changes from the book that probably help make it less complicated, and a fantastic performance from Noomi Rapace make this well worth seeing. Felt like the ending was a bit rushed, though and given that it's over 2h 30m long, it probably could've been done better.
Looking forward to seeing the Fincher remake now.
