I was more than blown away by the American one so I had to see the Swedish version, the original one. The American one had some things at the Swedish one didn't and vice versa but overall I think the American one was better was more graphic and more detailed.

The matter which version you watch you can't help but see the sheer quality of the story. Like the American one it is well layered well-placed together then well told as well. Now it's hard for me to judge Swedish actors but it seemed like they were just going through the motions compared to the American version who seemed much more into it.
