Saw Fincher's version first, then read the books, then saw the Swedish films. Was prepared to love this film after some things I didn't enjoy in the American interpretation but found neither one completely satisfactory.
Wasn't sure about Noomi Rapace but in the end I enjoyed her version of Lisbeth Salanger. Of course not as finished or slick as the American version but still fun to watch.
