Review of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2009) by Jochy R — 23 Apr 2012
Stieg Larsson's best-selling crime novel transfers itself strongly into Swedish celluloid. With Rapace investing Lisbeth with a powerful, wounded dignity, it's really quite ingenious in a rather basic way.
The final result is an adaptation that's just about as successful as its literary predecessor.
