Review of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2009) by Bill T — 30 Apr 2013

Another Swedish movie that just grabs you by the balls and never lets go, The Girtl With The Dragon Tattoo stars Michael Nydquist as a journalist who accespts an assignment, before he goes to jail after losing a slander case, about a decades old missing girl case.

He inadvertently gets help from a a mysterious lady who comes from a hellish darkish past, but has a few secrets up her sleeve. While this movie certainly didn't overwhelm me (I found a lot more sizzle than steak), this movie sure was entertaining, and, just like "Let The Right One In", makes me want to see the American remake.
