If you have read the book, you will be badly disappointed. While the individual performances are adequate, the plot has been changed for the worse. The book is chilling almost ghouly read, an instant classic and monumental gift to the future generations.

I am sorry the film is nothing compared to the book. I hope there is another cinematic adaption 20 years hence.
