Review of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006) by Pui T — 10 Mar 2008

A bittersweet, time travelling love story of a girl named Makoto who discovers the consequences and repercussions of the power to travelling through time. She struggles to find a love that was already there but doesn't realize it till it's lost.

Makoto was a wonderfully crafted likable character of whom you can sincerely feel for and do nothing but hope for the best for her throughout the entire film. Excellent voice acting from the entire cast coupled with beautiful animation, this movie just can't help but make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
