Review of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006) by Isaac J — 13 Dec 2008
It's a complicated thing, love; and even more so when you use time travel to try and manage it. What is said, un-said and never said leaves Makoto trying to engineer a relationship she knows ought to happen whilst trying to comprehend the nature of her own at different points in its history.
This is funny, sweet and just a little bit sad, and the whole thing goes unexpectedly 'Dominick Hide' right at the end.
