Review of The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006) by Elin G — 27 Dec 2008
A beautifully animated movie touching on a wide range of genres including drama, romance, comedy, thriller and tragedy without ever losing track of where it's going. And it's on a good track, dealing with the ever facinating concept of timetravel as well as choise and consequences with a delicate hand, always guided by the characters, who remians grounded and relatable through the entire film.
At just the right length and with some of the best voice acting I've heard this bittersweet little film made me remeber all the things I love about anime.
