Review of The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (2009) by Jj D — 22 Mar 2011
Slighty disappointing and hurried conclusion to the millenium trilogy, its great to see these characters again but the film seems to struggle as it attempts to resolve multiple story threads leaving aspects feeling very thin and lacking real impact.
It feels as though the film needed to be about 4 hours long to tackle this weighty conclusion. The book is probably great, the film is worth watching to finish the series. Will be interesting to see how fincher deals with this one.
