An improvement on the second film which just meandered on. This did its fair share of meandering but at least there was some sort of conclusion. Whether it was worth waiting for, is another matter.I just kept thinking that these films and the novels they come from are not a patch on Rebus - and surely it's time for a feature-length of Ian Rankin's work instead.
