Review of The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (2009) by Timothy W — 21 Dec 2011
Noomi Rapace returns as the goth, cyber hacker bent on revenge in the third of the millennium trilogy films from Sweden. This one is the strongest of the three and a solid conclusion to this widely read book series.
All three films are available on Netflix and are best viewed close to one another as they play like a well-made television mini-series. The films are not for the easily offended as they each contain some frank and brutal material, but they make for a captivating character study.
