Review of The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (2009) by Robert F — 26 Jan 2012
The Millennium Series comes to a fitting end in The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest, whereby the viewer is once again graced by the defiant persona of Lisbeth Salander, whom steals the show in this one, taking all the steam from Michael Blomkvist.
Although it certainly does not match up to the first movie, as was the case in the previous two, this one grabs you by the neck and does not loosen hold. The court scene was especially interesting when comparing a Swedish court proceeding to an American one.
If you are looking for a fantastic trilogy that doesn't start with T and end with wilight, look no further.
