Review of The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest (2009) by Kyle L — 16 May 2012
The book was much more expansive and in-depth, but it was 650 pages, whereas this movie had to be around 2 hours. They never explained who was writing the threatening emails to Erika Berger or throwing rocks through her windows, and they ignored huge subplots from the book, characters, relationships, etc.
Kinda wish they'd tried to be more true to the book, even if it made the last film an epic two-parter!
