Review of The Girl on the Train (2016) by Maria B — 10 Oct 2016

I never read the book so my opinion is sort of a stand alone but this was a very good movie. Yes, parts are slow but does every movie have to be fast action. If you're building a story putting everything right up front doesn't work.

This story is well-paced and I was surprised by the turns. The characters are interesting and you learn just enough to move the story along. If you're considering going to this movie, you should, then form your own opinion.

Emily Blunt is outstanding but the rest of the cast, including some surprises, is on par. Enjoy!
