Review of The Girl on the Train (2016) by Riley R — 10 Mar 2017
Due to the sheer complexity and genius of the book that came before it, this movie had to be watered down and slim-lined quite a bit in order to make it fit into the standard time slot. Simply put, it's a migrane inducing, confusing, uninteresting and half-baked experience because of this.
On the bright side, the acting is excellent, but I just wish I knew what was going on sometimes.
