Well I saw this on TV so I might be missing some pieces but it was entertaining and I liked Emile Hirsch and Elisha Cuthbert in it. I think there were a lot of unrealistic qualities about the plot that sort of took away from it but it was still a fun movie to watch.
If a good director could polish it off and replace some of the unrealistic concepts with some better thought out ideas this movie would defintely work.
