If only Val Kilmer were in more movies! Look on the bright side, though. At least he made this one really great. He plays a really respectable character trying to do his job with courage and strength. Michael Douglas does a nice job as well.
His character definitely has some tough guy lines. Lions are always cool, too. Plus there are the actors who later in their careers starred in LOTR movies as the King and Princess of Rohan. Very cool.
