Val kilmer as the engineer assigned to build a bridge in tsavo somewhere in africa where their project is being threaten. workers are being killed almost everyday by the menacing lions named by the locals as the ghost and the darkness.
The film is undeniably scary, men are being drag out of their tent and killed by a beast is a major fright. though both actors (kilmer and douglas) did a pretty good job for the film but micheal douglas appeared at middle of film making him the lesser guy. good film and very entertaining.
