As part of a newspaper story, timid Don Knotts is sent to spend the night in a haunted house on the anniversary of it's murders. After reporting spooky goings on at the house, Knotts becomes a local celebrity, until his character is called into question.
Knotts is hilarious as the chicken reporter and the cast, which includes Dick Sargent and Joan Staley, is first rate. A very funny, spooky mystery that everyone can enjoy.
