Review of The General's Daughter (1999) by Ray D — 01 Mar 2008
Unfortunately for this movie and myself, John Travolta's Southern accent was the only interesting thing in this movie. I expected a thrilling military mystery and all I got was a very pedestrian effort that vainly attempted to enrapture it's audience.
It ended up being boring. This is too bad, especially because a movie starring John Travolta, Madeline Stowe, James Woods and James "I was in L.A. Confidential and Babe, goddamnit!" Cromwell should be 10 times better.
