Review of The Gauntlet (1977) by Kevin H — 05 Apr 2009
While it seems like a throwaway Clint Eastwood film from the late 1970's, The Gauntlet is actually pretty entertaining if you can suspend your disbelief at the door. Eastwood and Locke both do fine in their roles as does Pat Hingle however the story here is pretty substandard and the ending is completely over-the-top.
Other than that its a good way to spend a couple of hours.
